Nigerians hold money in several banks and buy cover from several insurers, but the tools for both are built as if each account existed alone. Sorplos builds products that read across those institutions and speak to people on the channels they already use. One company operates them, so identity, payments and confirmation work the same way in each.

Every product starts from BVN or NIN verification, so a person is the same person across the group.
We connect to Nigerian payment rails and licensed institutions directly rather than reselling someone else's connection.
WhatsApp and USSD are first-class channels, not fallbacks bolted onto an app.
Money moves and policies issue only after the person has read what will happen and said yes.
Regulated before launched
A product goes out when the licensing and institutional partnerships behind it are in place, not when the interface is ready. Sorplos Insure distributes cover from NAICOM-licensed underwriters.
Works on a feature phone
If a service only works on a recent smartphone with good data, it excludes most of the country. WhatsApp and USSD carry the same core actions as the web app.
Confirmation before consequence
Anything that moves money or binds a policy is restated in plain language and waits for an explicit yes. Nothing consequential is inferred from a conversation.
